After an evening thrashing out a deal over Raclette, Top Heavy and One Flew Over Lukaku's Nest have brokered a significant deal.

Manager McNamara has agreed to swap forwards Rashford and Aguero for the defensive option of Alonso and forward Lukaku. It's a deal that could work for both parties, as they struggle to remain in touch with the chasing pack. Other managers shared their reactions:

Manager Edwards said, "Could go either way."

Manager Walters said, "Awesome bit of business!"

Lukaku could make his Top Heavy FC debut against his old club this weekend, as McNamara faces Pritchard in the SFP Cup 6th round. Aguero is cup tied though, having scored in the 1st round.

Martin Edwards ended the month with a deserved MOTM award as his side climbed from 6th to 3rd (now 2nd) in November.

With the form of Silva, Maddison and Anderson backed up with shifts from Firmino and Alexander-Arnold, Edwards also signed off the weekend by qualifying for the SFP Cup Quarter Finals. Edwards is understandably in confident mood:

"We were confident from the auction that we had the skeleton of a team that could compete at the highest level - it's no surprise David Silva, Azpilicueta and Firmino are our top pointscorers."

"But Maddison, Anderson and Gomez (purchased for a total of 2.5m) are turning that skeleton into quite an animal. Throw in the wonderkid Trent, and you start to see why our fans are singing in such high voice."

"Well-established in the top 3, and winning our cup group - It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas."

At the other end, although he has also qualified for the SFP Cup Quarter Finals, Baynes Senior struggled in the league, as did managers Patterson, Pritchard Senior and Lucchesi.
